Broker's Comments
This is a 1989 hull which wasn't commissioned until 2003. She has been fitted out by the owner to a very good standard and is presented in a condition where she is ready to go. She ticks many boxes, blue water cruising, able to handle Atlantic and Pacific voyages, extended cruising or even a liveaboard. She handles well, is a joy to sail and has been set up for singlehanded cruising with all lines back to the cockpit. There is even a camera up the mast to keep an eye on deck when you need to put the kettle on.
Down below she has two separate berths in the forward cabin which can be turned into a double. There is another cabin starboard with 2 bunk beds. Both cabins have easy access to the heads which has a shower. The main saloon has ample space around the cabin table with single seating opposite. The owner tells me that on one occasion 14 people have eaten together around the table which extends. The galley is a good size with an electric gimballed stove, microwave and fridge. All run off the diesel generator which runs all the systems aboard.
Opposite the galley is the chart table, which again is a good size and she has a comprehensive set of navigation equipment including a radar. The owners stateroom is located in the stern with another heads alongside.
There is loads of deck space, ideal for lounging when at anchor. The cockpit is huge and includes a forward section with a neat cockpit table. This area is well sheltered with a large fixed screen to protect the crew from inclement weather.
