Broker's Comments
This yacht is exactly one year old. In other words it’s better than new because all the initial niggles have been sorted.
If you are a British buyer and concerned that the yacht does not have its VAT paid, stop fretting. This is a rare example of a Brexit benefit. British citizens are now third country nationals as far as the EU is concerned. If you pay U.K. VAT you will still be treated as a TCN so why pay it. TCNs can import their yachts into EU waters for up to 18 months at a time.
With that laid to rest let’s talk about the boat. This is the owners’ version and has been fitted with every conceivable extra. The design is spacious and clean. One whole hull is dedicated to owner accommodation. The other hull contains two guest cabins. The saloon and galley are enormous. There are also two massive stand in lockers at the bow of each hull.
If you want to cruise the Med or in tropical latitudes this is an ideal boat. It’s ready to leave on a cruise tomorrow from GIbraltar.
