Broker's Comments
What a rare treat to go aboard a new listing and find such a clean, tidy, together and business like boat. The owners are a genuine cruising couple who have looked after her and kept her to a very high standard. This is definitely not a boat which just languishes on a marina berth and goes nowhere. At 30' she is big enough to be perfectly comfortable down below, whilst being a handy size to be easy in tight maneuvering. Together with bilge keels she has to be about as practical a boat for a couple to coastal cruise as it gets. She has all the necessary equipment and is absolutely ready to sail today. No commissioning or fixing up required here!!
