Broker's Comments
After 35 years of being involved in the marine industry I thought that I had seen it all until I saw this yacht. She is exceptionally well presented and had an extraordinary amount of money spent on her in 2012. She looks about 5 years old but was built in Finland in 1976.
She is designed for extended cruising and has all the equipment required for that purpose including a watermaker. She is a sturdy solid boat which sails well yet can motor at nearly 10 knots. She is set up for easy sail handling and is a joy to sail. She has a large deep cockpit with a wheel house offering protection against those windy rainy days and nights.
The accommodation provides for seven berths in three cabins. The fore and aft cabins have double berths. The saloon has settee berths to port and starboard plus an extra pipe cot which folds out above the starboard berth. Both heads are spacious. There are 3 large hatches giving ample light into the main saloon. The galley has a gimbaled cooker with oven and large working surfaces.
Aft on the starboard side is the navigation area which has a full sized chart table with separate navigators seat facing aft. The aft cabin is entered from a separate cockpit.
This is a yacht that any discerning yachtsman would be proud to own.
