The accommodation on this Moody is excellent for a family. This one appears to have been looked after by her owners. Clean, tidy and she smells good too - no mustyness. The forward berth makes a good double or twin. The heads is a good size too. The main saloon has a relatively large galley to port and a decent sized saloon to starboard that will convert to another double. The aft cabin is accessed via the centre cockpit and provides a very private area. The aft-cabin has also been looked after. The cockpit cover creates another room in the cockpit and brings together the main and aft cabin nicely.

Broker's Comments

This Moody appears to have been looked after very well inside and out. She benefits from spacious accommodation, a large heads, decent sized berths and a very private aft cabin. The centre cockpit provides a very safe sailing position and the decks are easy to get around. The decks look fresh and I was impressed with the whole boat. This is one of the best examples of a Moody Mk1 that I have seen. I would like to put some carpet down in the main saloon but apart from back she is ready for her next owners.
They make an excellent family cruising yacht, if you are happy to accept access to the aft cabin via the cockpit
