Broker's Comments
This traditional style narrowboat boast a delightful mooring in the highly sought-after Little Venice stretch of the Regents Canal.
The vessel makes an ideal pied-a-terre, or perhaps a tranquil working space in central London. The traditional layout offers a comfortable living space at the bow, with outside space both on the boat, and along the towpath.
The galley and heads (bathroom) are suitably equipped, with the boatman's cabin providing a sleeping area at the stern.
As a guide, the current mooring fees are circa £8,500 per annum.
The boat was last out of the water for a survey in July 2022, when she was blacked and had new anodes.
The BSS expires February 2026.
