The Northshore Southerly 115 is very well known as a capable cruising boat. Its swing keel & spacious accommodation make the Southerly 115' a great cruising choice which allows easier access to inner reaches.
The newer installed Nanni engine has serviced annually and has been service documentation to verify this.
She has received a many upgrades over the years when purchased particularly in 2007 and 2011, such as a New Nanni engine New Fuel Tank, New hot water calorifier. New Standing Rigging 2011 New Spray hood 2017. The list is endless. and all documented.
